Jordan Cashmyer of “16 & Pregnant” is headed to rehab after her latest drinking mishap, according to TMZ.
The reality star gave herself a concussion and a black eye last week after she fell and hit the ground during an alcohol-fueled night that ended at her mom’s house, sources told the gossip site.
Reportedly, her boozy behavior even caused her to get axed from her job at a gym.
Now, the troubled star will be spending a month at a Baltimore rehab.
Her 2-year-old daughter Genevieve, meanwhile, has been living with her father’s family for the past few months.
